Making Soy Milk

½ sdt daun teh kering sesuai selera
200 ml air
1 ruas jahe, bakar sampai wangi
25 gr gula pasir
sejumput bubuk kayumanis

Cara membuat:
1. Didihkan air, kemudian masukkan daun teh kering. Tutup panci dan diamkan.
2. Setelah air teh berubah warna, masukkan 1 ruas jahe utuh yang telah direbus.
3. Masukkan gula pasir, aduk hingga larut.
4. Taburi bubuk kayumanis. Sajikan.
